1 plain flatbread 1 cup prepared pizza sauce 2 cups shiitake mushrooms chopped 2 TBSP butter 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup pepperoni 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup asiago cheese
Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic until tender. Assemble flatbread with pizza sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms and then topping with cheese.
Prepare Good-One Smoker with Apple or Cherry Flavor Wood until temperature reaches 275 – 295 degrees. Using very light smoke, place pizza directly on to the grill. Heat for approximately 45 minutes or until pizza turns golden brown.
