Atomic Buffalo Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 10 jalapeños

  • 8oz cream cheese (at room temperature)

  • 1 1/2 tsp Three Little Pigs Championship rub

  • 1 tbs BBQ Maestros White's Special Seasoning rub

  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp yellow cheddar cheese

  • 1 1/2 tsp buffalo sauce/Hot sauce (or add to taste)

  • 20 thin slice bacon strips

  • 1 package Little Smokes Sausages (enough for each halved jalapeño)


Slice jalapeños in half, length wise, and scrape out seeds.

Mix together cream cheese, rubs, shredded cheeses, and hot sauce to make the jalapeño filling. Fill each jalapeño.

Place one smoke sausage on each jalapeño on top of the cream cheese filling. Wrap with one slice of bacon.

Smoke on The Good One Smoker at 275 degrees for 1 1/2-2hrs using your favorite flavor wood.
