Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs

  • 1 pkg of 10-12 Chicken thighs, bone in skin on

  • 3 to 4 tbsp BBQ Maestros White Rub

  • 2 tbsp Three Little Pigs Kansas City Sweet

  • 1 lb thin sliced bacon


Evenly sprinkle White Rub across chicken thighs (you will use about 3-4 tbsp between all 10-12 thighs, a little goes a long way). Sprinkle Kansas City Sweet rub on top (using about 2 tbsp between all 10-12 thighs)

Wrap thighs in bacon.

Cook on smoker until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees.
