10lbs Ground Pork Butt

2oz BBQ Maestros Whites Seasoning


Mix the Ground Pork and BBQ Maestros Whites Seasoning together

Roll desired amount of mixture into a ball and pad out into a patty.

Prepare your Smoker – Heat to a temp of 250° - 275° Use your favorite wood. (BBQ Maestros wood of choice is Cherry)

Place in preheated smoker and cook until the internal temp is 165°

Add your favorite toppings, on a fresh artisan bun and enjoy
