Smoked Pumpkin Pie

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1 can (15oz) pumpkin

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1 9" unbaked pie shell


Place the unbaked pie shell on an aluminum pie pan. DO NOT use glass.

In a separate bowl, mix together white sugar, pumpkin spice, pumpkin, eggs, and whipping cream. Pour mixture into pie shell.

Wrap all edges of pie crust with aluminum foil so that it does not burn.

Heat The Good-One Smoker to 275-300 degrees. Using a light smoke, place pie on smoker until the middle of the pie is firmly set, about 1 1/2 hours.
