Featuring heavy-duty construction and amazing versatility, The Good One Open Range can capably switch between low-and-slow BBQ and open flame grilling. Whether you want authentic smoked brisket, perfectly seared ribeye, or slow-roasted tenderloin, this flexible multi-purpose cooker can handle it thanks to its innovative design. A reconfigured offset, the firebox is positioned on the front of the Open Range and includes its own cooking grate, allowing you to grill right over the burning coals. The smoking chamber is located above and behind the firebox to maximize airflow for indirect cooking, so you can to smoke everything from Texas brisket to St. Louis ribs.
